Phase II Drilling Cuts Strong Mineralization in El Callao, Veneuela and Discovers Five Blind Veins

Thackeray Mines & Minerals Inc. is pleased to announce that its ongoing drill program at the El Callao site, located in Bolívar state, Venezuela, has identified significant mineralization at depth within three newly mapped vein systems, indicating substantial potential.

To date, the company has drilled portions of 9 out of the 15 identified vein systems at the project. The near-term exploration strategy focuses on initial testing of new vein systems outside the historically producing mine's plans, aiming to drill at least one hole into each identified vein. Upon completion of systematic project-wide testing, follow-up drilling (Phase III) will be prioritized based on drill and sampling results, along with favorable geological indicators.

Significant results from Phase II drilling of new veins include:

  • 9.6 meters grading 19.8 grams of gold per ton
  • 14.7 meters grading 11.2 grams of gold per ton
  • 26.0 meters grading 8.4 grams of gold per ton
  • 16.6 meters grading 9.1 grams of gold per ton
  • 11.7 meters grading 12.4 grams of gold per ton

"As we delineate the extents of this expansive district, one new vein at a time, these results demonstrate tremendous potential. We are delighted with our findings as we continue to focus on new vein systems throughout the district and look forward to determining the ultimate scale of this system."- Mr. Anton Windsor – Chief Operations Director at Thackeray Mines & Minerals Inc.
