Thackeray Mines & Minerals Inc. Appoints Maria Belmont as Investor Relations Manager

Thackeray Mines & Minerals Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Maria Belmont as Investor Relations Manager. Ms. Belmont brings over 12 years of experience in investor relations, with a strong background in capital markets and mergers and acquisitions.

Ms. Belmont began her career as an investment marketing executive at the Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) before advancing to an analyst position at a prominent investment firm. Most recently, she served as Vice President of Business Development and Investor Relations at a well-known mining company based in British Columbia. She holds a PhD in Business Administration from the University of British Columbia.

In conjunction with her appointment, Thackeray Mines & Minerals Inc. has granted Ms. Belmont 10,000 common share stock options. The options are exercisable at USD $2.45 per share for a period of ten years from the date of issue, in accordance with the company's Stock Option Plan.
